Bob Saffold, a fourteen year Shaker resident, expressed his gratitude for the
support and cooperation he received in validating his petitions. “I want to
acknowledge my attorney, Mark Biggerman, the Board, and its staff headed
by Brent Lawler, Betty Grant Edwards, and Jane Preiszig. But most of all, I
am grateful to the more than 200 residents who signed petitions
supporting my candidacy."
“Brother Bob,” as he is affectionately known, is an ordained minister, local
businessman, and former firefighter. His ambition is to bring a fresh voice,
new perspective, and his wealth of experience to resolve the key issues
facing Shaker. In the coming weeks, Saffold plans to continue meeting with
local residents and business and community leaders to share his vision
for greater economic and community development.

collaboration between city hall and the school district, encouraging the
growth of local businesses, promoting improved cooperation with adjacent
communities, as well as more outreach to our regional neighbors, thereby
assuring enhanced diversity among our entire citizenry.”
“I’m honored to be on the ballot and am looking forward to working with more residents to achieve an economically strong, safe, and vibrant Shaker Heights.” For more information on Bob Saffold and his vision for Shaker Heights please call 216-662-8943 or 877-662-8970. |
